The Amazing Race - or a Good Replica

The Amazing Race - or a Good Replica

Okay so, I have never really gotten into the Amazing Race on television.  (I know, I know you can disown me now...)  But this weekend in Downtown Los Angeles is the Race LA... the non-professional version where teams can crack codes and solve puzzles to get to the finish line.

This will be the 9th year the races put on by John Hennessy, a huge fan of The Amazing Race on television.  His vision was to hold a local contest where people could come out and simply have fun. The first event will be a day long race held on Saturday, May 11th and will be followed by three 1-hour races aver this month and next.  The locations will include Olvera Street,Chinatown and South Park.  This event has grown to 70 races a year held throughout Southern California.

You can find out more about these events by reading this article or visiting the event website here. For those of you not familiar with the SoCAL 210 Corridor, it is about 30 minutes from these events without traffic and on Saturday mornings there shouldn't be too much.  However, you can also take theMetroLink and end up in places like Olvera Street, etc without too much hassle.

If you have real estate questions or need a free home valuation for your house, please don't hesitate to contact me.  And always if you are looking to buy or sell in the SoCal 210 Corridor, I am your go-to girl!

Serving the 210 Corridor - the cities of Monrovia, Duarte, Azusa, Glendora, San Dimas, La Verne, Claremont, Upland, Pomona, Chino, Chino Hills, Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana - wherever the need arises.
